Gravity Blessing (Gravity Bless (グラビティ・ブレス Gurabiti Buresu) in the Japanese version) is a Lightning Great Magic in Valkyrie Profile, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria, and Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume. It can be cast by any Sorcerer in Valkyrie Profile and Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume during a Purify Weird Soul or Soul Crush sequence, provided their weapon allows it and they have the adequate default attack spell. In Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria, it can be cast by Lightning Sorcerers whose weapons allow it. As with all Great Magic spells, Gravity Blessing is multi-target (despite its animation in Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria only shown to target one enemy).

Gravity Blessing in Valkyrie Profile deals several hits and adds a good deal of energy to the Gauge. It is thus best used second in a PWS sequence, to help maximize the damage of later PWS attacks.

Gravity Blessing only deals one hit and adds little energy to the Gauge. It is thus best used last in a Soul Crush sequence, to maximize its damage.
Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume[]

- Increase to Gauge: 2 x 15 = 30

Gravity Blessing deals a lot of hits, but adds little energy to the Gauge. It is thus best used first in a PWS sequence, to help maximize the damage of later attacks.
Miscellaneous[]
- It should be noted that the Gravity Blessing of Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria and Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume is an entirely different spell from the Gravity Blessing of Valkyrie Profile. The name of the spell from both games should actually be Precede Gravity (プリシードグラビティ) and was most likely changed in Western releases for consistency with the original game.
